What's included at the starting price?
- Selected 2kW wall-mounted heating & cooling split system
- Standard installation with up to 3m of refrigerant pipework
- One straight length of external trunking
- Standard gravity condensate drainage where suitable
- Pressure testing, evacuation, commissioning and handover
Please note: For a straightforward, accessible installation only. The mains electrical supply and upstream electrical works are excluded. Extra pipework or trunking, condensate pumps, specialist access, unusual mounting and additional building works are quoted separately. System size and final price are confirmed after an assessment of your property and requirements.
The advertised £1,600 includes 0% VAT where the installation qualifies under the current residential air-source heat pump relief (until 31 March 2027). If the work does not qualify, the applicable VAT will be included in your individual quotation.

I'm the engineer behind AIR HVAC. It's my independent, owner-run business, so when you get in touch, you're dealing directly with me — not a sales team or a call centre.
